All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, sizing issues, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference.

Exceptions are limited to the following circumstances:

• Severe damage: The item arrives with significant damage that materially affects its wearability or intended use.

• Incorrect item received: You receive an item different from the one you ordered.

If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. All claims are subject to review and approval. Minor imperfections, normal variations, and issues consistent with the handmade nature of our products do not qualify for a refund.

All garments are handmade, individually crafted, and may feature slight imperfections, variations, or discrepancies in stitching, measurements, construction, finish, color, or overall appearance. These characteristics are a natural part of the handmade process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

By purchasing from A.D.Williams, you acknowledge and accept that minor variations and imperfections may occur. Such variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.
